Agreement and site purpose

This site is informational. By using it, you agree to these terms. The site is operated by PenceCorp, David Pence's Puerto Rico-based holding and parent brand, with ventures in nearshore staffing, IT managed services, and AI.

Portfolio information

Portfolio descriptions are historical or current as labeled. Current companies are part of the present portfolio; past or concluded ventures are no longer active or are no longer part of the portfolio. Portfolio information may change without notice.

Nothing on this site is an offer or solicitation of services, employment, partnership, investment, or securities.

Consultation inquiries

Submitting a consultation inquiry does not create a client, employment, partnership, or investment relationship, and does not guarantee a response or any particular outcome. Any services or engagement would be governed only by a separate written agreement.

If you submit an inquiry, provide accurate information and describe your request honestly. PenceCorp may choose whether and how to respond and may decline any inquiry.

Intellectual property

The site's text, design, logos, and other content are owned by PenceCorp or used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify site content for any other purpose without written permission. Portfolio company names, logos, and marks belong to their respective owners.

Acceptable use

Use the site lawfully. Do not misrepresent who you are, interfere with the site or its security, use it to send spam, or use it to collect information about others.

Third-party links and services

The site links to portfolio company websites, LinkedIn, and Calendly for booking consultations. These are third-party sites or services that PenceCorp does not control. PenceCorp is not responsible for their content, availability, or policies.
